Our cozy, very modern, and attractively decorated vacation home (semi-detached house) is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Freyung in the Kreuzberg district—at the gateway to the national park—with a beautiful view—in the border triangle with the Czech Republic and Austria. Ideal for your feel-good vacation in a well-kept and loving atmosphere.
Friendliness, warmth and hospitality - that's what you expect from a vacation in the Bavarian Forest. On our terrace you can forget everyday life and recharge your batteries. It is important to us that our guests feel at home from the very first day and can switch off from the worries of everyday life. As your hosts, we always have an open ear for your concerns and are on hand with help and advice. We look forward to your visit!
Our vacation home with its beautiful view is located in a quiet yet central location. From here, you can set off directly on many hikes and excursions. Shopping facilities are located approximately 3 km away (Lidl, drugstore, bakery). The bus stop is within walking distance. The center of Freyung is only a 5-minute drive away.
Dog owners have the opportunity to enjoy nature with their four-legged friends on long walks through meadows, forests and fields. Numerous well-signposted hiking trails start in the immediate vicinity.

Stays of 3 nights or more are possible. For stays of less than 4 nights, an additional surcharge (cleaning fee) of €90.00 (booking period until December 31, 2024, €120.00 from January 1, 2025) will be charged. The vacation home is ready for occupancy from 5 pm on the day of arrival and departure must take place by 2 pm. You will receive a number code before arrival, which you can use to enter your vacation home. You will also receive a key upon arrival, which must be returned at the end of your stay.

In addition to 120 square meters of living space, the Kleeblatt vacation home offers a 40 square meter Terrace on the 1st floor, a 20 m² covered terrace on the ground floor, and a small, fenced-in garden.

The house is part of a semi-detached house on the 1st floor. There are garages on the lower floor.

Approach

From Regensburg or Munich you can reach us by car via the A 3 Deggendorf towards Passau, exit Aicha v. Wald (exit 114). Continue in the direction of Freyung. At the traffic circle in the direction of Grafenau - turn right approx. 500 m after the LIDL supermarket (signposted Kreuzberg - Mauth). After approx. 2.5 km you will see the beautiful village of Kreuzberg on the top left. Turn off here and turn left after the village square (maypole). This is the 4th house on the right-hand side (rear half of the house).
From Passau on the B 12 towards Freyung. Turn right at the traffic circle towards Grafenau - after the LIDL supermarket approx. 500 m (signposted Kreuzberg - Mauth). After approx. 2.5 km you will see the beautiful village of Kreuzberg on the top left. Turn off here and turn left after the village square (maypole). This is the 4th house on the right-hand side (rear half of the house).
Coming from the Czech Republic on the B12, turn right at the traffic circle towards Grafenau - after the LIDL supermarket approx. 500 m (signposted Kreuzberg - Mauth). After approx. 2.5 km you will see the beautiful village of Kreuzberg on the top left. Turn off here and turn left after the village square (maypole). This is the 4th house on the right-hand side (rear half of the house).
